ATLANTA HAWKS CLINCH PLAY-IN BERTH WITH WEDNESDAY NIGHT WIN OVER PISTONS

The Atlanta Hawks picked up a 121-113 victory on their home court over the Detroit Pistons in NBA action at the State Farm Arena on Thursday evening. That allowed the Hawks to clinch a berth in the Eastern Conference play-in tournament.

Jalen Johnson notched his first career triple-double with a total of 28 points, 14 rebounds, and 11 assists for the Hawks, who have won two in a row and swept their three-game season series versus the Pistons.

Malachi Flynn had a game-high and career-high 50 points off the bench for Detroit.

The Hawks improved to 36-40 on the 2023-2024 regular season with their Wednesday night win. They will be in Dallas, TX to take on the Mavericks tonight at 7:30 pm.
