A groundbreaking ceremony was hosted on Thursday by the Rome-Floyd Chamber for the new Nova River District development. According to the Rome Downtown Development Authority, the mixed-use development will result in the addition of 250 residential units and 18,000 square feet of commercial space to River District on West 3rd Street.
