ROME EMPERORS SNAP LOSING SKID WITH THURSDAY NIGHT WIN OVER ASHEVILLE TOURISTS, TEAMS’ SERIES IN ASHEVILLE, NC CONTINUES THROUGH THE WEEKEND

The Rome Emperors snapped a three-game losing skid on Thursday evening with an 8-5 win in Asheville, NC over the Tourists. The Tourists lead the six game series between the teams by two games to one. Game four is on tap for this evening at 6:35 pm.

Rome’s series at Asheville will continue through Sunday and will be followed by an off-day on Monday, then a six-game set in Winston Salem, NC against the Dash.

The Emperors will be back on their home field at AdventHealth Stadium on Tuesday, April 30th as hosts to the Hickory Crawdads.
