ATLANTA BRAVES COMPLETE SWEEP WITH EXTRA INNING WIN OVER MIAMI MARLINS

The Atlanta Braves beat the Miami Marlins 4-3 in 10 innings on Wednesday night to wrap up a three-game set at Truist Park. It allowed Atlanta to sweep the series.

The Braves notched two runs during the bottom of the first inning as Ronald Acuna Jr. scored on a balk and Marcell Ozuna hit an RBI single which scored Michael Harris II. Jesus Sanchez had a solo home run that got the Marlins on the board in the top of the second. Ozuna had another RBI single for Atlanta in the third. Miami tied the game up at 3-3 in the ninth with a couple of runs that were scored on a fielding error by Matt Olson. Harris clubbed a walk-off double that drove Acuna home to score the winning run for the Braves in the bottom of the 10th.

AJ Minter was credited with the win for Atlanta, while Tanner Scott took the loss for Miami.
