The Floyd County Police Department has announced the launch of a new project, a mobile app!
This interactive platform has a plethora of resources that can be used for multiple different purposes, including:
> Submitting patrol requests.
> Getting updates on severe weather.
> Staying up to date on current events in the community.
> Being informed when a major event is occurring in the community (missing person, road closures, etc)
> Tons of community resources, to include homeless shelters, medical transportation, victim assistance, and more! This is especially helpful, because the app will show you exactly where the resource is in our county and their contact information.
> Emergency planning tips.
> The ability to ANONYMOUSLY submit a tip with the option to add images.
