CHILDREN’S MUSEUM OF ROME TO HOST 2025 TOUCH A TRUCK ON MAY 24TH AT COOSA VALLEY FAIRGROUNDS

The Children’s Museum of Rome will host its 2025 Touch A Truck event on Saturday, May 24th from 10 am to 1 pm at the Coosa Valley Fairgrounds.

Kids will have the opportunity to explore firetrucks, excavators, and more at this annual fundraiser, according to Jenna Bosarge, museum co-founder. She adds that there will also be food trucks and inflatables.

Tickets are available at www.givebutter.com/CMOR_Trucks25 at a cost of $5 each. Children under two will be admitted for free.

Attendees of Touch A Truck will also get a chance to Dunk-A-Cop, enthuses Bosarge.

The cost is $5 for three attempts to dunk a cop. A cop may automatically be plunged into the dunking booth for $25.

Proceeds from Dunk-A-Cop and from the Touch A Truck event will help to establish a hands-on learning facility for kids to learn more about Rome, says Bosarge.
