ATLANTA BRAVES IN DC FOR NL EAST SET VERSUS WASHINGTON NATIONALS, ROME EMPERORS IN SPARTANBURG, SC TO TAKE ON HUB CITY SPARTANBURGERS

The Atlanta Braves had a scheduled off-day on Monday and will resume their current six-game road trip this evening with the first of three National League East games versus the Washington Nationals. Spencer Strider will return to the mound as Atlanta’s starting pitcher. The first pitch is slated for 6:45 pm at Nationals Park in Washington DC. The Braves opened this road trip by taking two of three in Boston, MA versus the Red Sox over the weekend. They are now 24-23 on the ’25 regular season and in third place of NL East. The Nationals are in fourth place at 21-27.

The Rome Emperors also had Monday off and will continue their current 12-game road trip tonight with the first of six outings in Spartanburg, SC versus the Hub City Spartanburgers. First pitch is set for 6:35 pm.
