Participants in the Bicycle Ride Across Georgia will gather in Downtown Rome this weekend for their kickoff and overnight festivities on Saturday at The Forum.
The group ride leaves Downtown Rome on Sunday at 7 a.m. using local roads to travel to Cartersville. Please use caution as you cross intersections on Sunday morning along the bike route, which includes:
1. The Forum to North Broad Street
2. Calhoun Road to Wayside Road
3. McClain Road to Kerce Road
4. Fulton Road to Youngs Mill Road
5. Norton Road (enters Bartow County) to Tom Jones Road
6. Ga 293 near Kingston in Bartow County
