ATLANTA BRAVES CONTINUE HOMESTAND WITH SERIES VERSUS ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS AT TRUIST PARK, ROME EMPERORS ARE ON THE ROAD AGAIN

The Atlanta Braves had a scheduled off day on Monday and will resume their current six-game homestand this evening with the first of three games against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Spencer Strider will be Atlanta’s starting pitcher, while Zac Gallen will head to the mound for Arizona. The first pitch is slated for 7:15 pm at Truist Park. The Braves began this homestand by dropping two of three to the Boston Red Sox over the weekend. They are now 27-31 on the 2025 regular season and in fourth place of the National League East. The Diamondbacks are in fourth place of the NL West at 28-31.

The Rome Emperors were off Monday and will return to action tonight with the first of six games in Greenville, SC versus the Drive. First pitch is slated for 6:45 pm.

Rome enters the series with a record of 26-25 and in third place of the South Atlantic League’s South Division, one and a half games behind the division-leading Bowling Green Hot Rods and a half a game behind the second place Hub City Spartanburgers. Greenville is in fourth place at 25-26.
