The Northwest Georgia Regional Cancer Coalition encourages members of the community to mark their calendars for Saturday, August 16th. That is the date of the annual Health Initiative for Men and Women. It will be held from 8 am to noon at the Floyd County Health Department, located at 16 East 12th Street in Rome.
Erin Hernandez, President and CEO, says that this event will feature health screenings and more. Additional event details will be released in July.
