Dude…if you are a fan of “The Big Lebowski”, make plans to join the Rome International Film Festival and the Historic DeSoto Theatre Foundation for a screening of the cult Coen Brothers classic on Saturday, July 26th at 7 pm at the DeSoto Theatre in downtown Rome.
Leanne Cook, Executive Director of RIFF and President of the HDTF Board of Directors, says that enthusiasm has been building for this screening, which will be accompanied by bowling, costumes, and special drinks.
Search for “Dude. Summer. The Big Lebowski.” on Facebook for the link to purchase tickets to the screening. Those tickets are $20 each. Proceeds will support the 2025 Rome International Film Festival in November and Historic DeSoto Theatre Foundation efforts to restore the theatre.
