Less than three months remain until the U.S. Navy’s Blue Angels and other stars of aviation take to the skies of Rome, Georgia for the 2025 Wings Over North Georgia air show.
The show is set for October 17-19 at Rome’s Russell Regional Airport. A Friday evening twilight show with fireworks will kick off the weekend. The Blues will headline Saturday’s and Sunday’s shows.
John Cowman, President of JLC Airshow Management, looks forward to WONG ’25. He encourages attendees to check out the drone show that will be part of that Friday night’s festivities.
This year’s air show is likely to have a significant economic impact on Rome and Floyd County, according to Cowman.
