The Atlanta Braves picked up a 12-11 win in Cincinnati, OH over the Reds in 10 innings to open a three-game National League set on Thursday night.
The outing was tied at 3-3 entering the eighth. The Braves took the lead with eight runs during the top of that inning. The Reds answered with eight runs in the bottom of the eighth to tie it up at 11-11. Marcell Ozuna put the Braves back in front with a sac fly during the top of the 10th.
Pierce Johnson was credited with the win and Raisel Iglesias secured the save for Atlanta. Emilio Pagan took the loss for Cincinnati.

The Rome Emperors game set for Thursday night at AdventHealth Stadium with the Greensboro Grasshoppers was postponed due to inclement weather. It will be made up as part of a double header today at 5 pm.
