Mark those calendars for Sunday, September 28th. That is the date of Porch Fest, a community-driven music festival to raise funds for Bloom. The event will take place from 2 pm until 5 pm in the historic Oakdene neighborhood in east Rome.
Devon Smyth, Program Coordinator of the Bloom Closet, says that attendees will enjoy live music, food trucks, and a kids zone. Tickets and details about sponsorship opportunities are available at www.bloomfosters.org.
Proceeds will directly benefit the Bloom Closet, located at Restoration Rome. Porch Fest sponsors and VIP guests are invited to the Back Porch After-Party from 5 pm until 7 pm at River Remedy Brewery.
Bloom Our Youth is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which provides safe, nurturing foster homes and meets children’s immediate needs by distributing free clothing and essentials through a unique, boutique-style shopping experience.
