The Atlanta Braves had a scheduled off-day on Thursday and will finish their current nine-game homestand this weekend with a three-game set against the Houston Astros at Truist Park. The first pitch of tonight’s series opener is set for 7:15 pm. That game will not be broadcast on WLAQ 1410 AM/96.9 FM due to our coverage of high school football. Ben Ingram, play-by-play announcer, stated in a recent interview on WLAQ that he will savor the chance to be with the team and his fellow broadcasters through the remaining days of the season.
The Braves will conclude their 2025 regular season on their home field on September 28th.
