Don’t have time to vote early in the November 4th election on a weekday? Go during the weekend! Floyd County’s registered voters have the opportunity to cast advance ballots at the Elections Office, 18 East 12th Street in Rome, this
Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm and Sunday from 1 pm to 5 pm. Early voting is offered on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm through October 31st at the Elections Office. Polls across the county will be open on Election Day from 7 am until 7 pm.

The nonpartisan municipal election is being held for the purpose of electing three City Commissioners from Ward 2 and seven Rome Board of Education members. Ballots also feature a county-wide referendum. Voters statewide will determine District 2 and 3 Public Service Commissioner.
