Rome’s Downtown Development Authority invites holiday shoppers to the second evening of Rome for the Holidays, slated for this Thursday, December 11th from 4 pm to 8 pm. Downtown businesses will offer extended shopping hours and special deals. There will also be caroling, cocoa, and Santa Claus.
