Deadline to Register to Vote in March 10th Special Election is February 9th, Early Voting Begins February 16th

Monday, February 9^th is the deadline to register to vote in the March 10^th Special Election for United States House of Representatives, District 14. Those who intend to vote may verify their voter registration status on the Georgia Secretary of State’s My Voter Page at www.mvp.sos.ga.gov. Floyd County residents may register to vote at the Elections Office, located at 18 East 12^th Street in Rome.

Early voting will begin on Monday, February 16^th and will be offered at the Elections Office and the Anthony Recreation Center (2901 Garden Lakes Boulevard) on weekdays from 8 am until 5 pm daily through Friday, March 6^th. Voters may also opt to cast an early ballot on Saturday, February 21^st or Saturday, February 28^th between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm or on Sunday, March 1^st between 1 pm to 5 pm at the Elections Office only.

Precincts countywide will be open from 7 am until 7 pm on Election Day, Tuesday, March 10^th.
