Rome’s Downtown Development Authority is currently preparing for a full slate of events in the months ahead.
Highlights will include Ro-Flo Fest on Saturday, April 25th from 10 am until 4 pm. Attendees will enjoy a day of art, music, food, and fun.
Vendors are sought for Ro-Flo Fest, says Megan Patrick, Communications, Marketing, and Events Coordinator.
First Friday concerts will be back from June through September, according to Patrick, who adds that local favorite Guardians of the Jukebox will round out the series on September 4th.
The first First Friday of the year will feature South of Nashville and All Talk on June 5th. July’s concert will take place on the 10th of that month to refrain from conflict with 4th of July weekend activities. It will feature The Answer. Curiosity Shoppe and Crews & Company Band will perform at the August 7th show.
Fiddlin’ Fest will return in mid-October. Patrick says that vendors will likely be sought for that event in August.
The Rome Night Market, which made its debut last year, is also expected to return in May and continue monthly into the Fall.
Patrick enthuses that the Rome Downtown Development Authority is looking forward to events season!
