The Georgia General Assembly has enjoyed a host of guests under the Gold Dome during their 2026 session.
Katie Dempsey of Rome, who represents Georgia’s 13th District in the House of Representatives, states that there has been a significant uptick in visitors to the State Capital in Atlanta this year.
The State Capital welcomes visitors from all over Georgia and even around the world, says Dempsey, who encourages her constituents to call her office in advance if they need special assistance during an upcoming visit.
The Georgia General Assembly’s 2026 session will conclude with Sine Die – or the last day of the session – on April 2nd, just before Easter.
Contact information for Dempsey and other state lawmakers is available on the Georgia General Assembly’s website at www.legis.ga.gov.
