Businesses and residents of Cave Spring, GA look forward to a host of events from Springtime all the way through the holiday season in 2026.
The first event on the calendar will be Bacon Fest, set for Saturday, May 2nd at Rolator Park. It will be accompanied by a Car Show, according to Curtis Burch, a member of the Boards of Directors for the Cave Spring Downtown Development Authority and the Cave Spring Historical Society.
Burch enthuses that he eagerly anticipates the 51st annual Cave Spring Arts Festival, a benefit for the Historical Society slated for June 13th and 14th. A Road Race will also be held that weekend.
Liberty Day will be held on Saturday, June 27th and will conclude with a fireworks display. The Cave Spring 4th of July Parade will take place on the following Saturday.
Fall events will include the Cave Spring Pig Out on Saturday, September 26th , Pickle Fest on October 10th and 11th, and the Coffin Races on Saturday, October 17th. Burch says that it is not too early to gather a team and register to participate in the second annual Coffin Races, which will be followed by a parade.
Festivities for the holiday season will include the Merchants Christmas Open House on November 14th and 15th and Small Town Christmas in the Country on December 5th and 6th. Cave Spring’s Christmas Parade will take place on December 12th. The community will usher in next year with a Polar Plunge on January 1, 2027.
