WLAQ 1410 AM/96.9 FM will have broadcast coverage of Model High School’s girls and boys basketball teams in the GHSA’s Class A Division 1 playoffs over the weekend.
WLAQ’s Matt Davis encourages the public to attend playoff games to cheer for the Lady Blue Devils and the Blue Devils. If you can’t be there in person, keep up with all the action via radio and video.
Both of Model’s teams are bound for the Sweet Sixteen round of the state playoffs this weekend. Model’s Lady Blue Devils will hit road to take on Rabun County this evening at 6 pm, then the Blue Devils will host Elbert County at 6 pm on Saturday.
