(Announcement from the Floyd County Master Gardeners):
The Floyd County Master Gardeners will present a free Community Workshop on “Pruning”. The workshop will be Saturday, March 18, from 1pm to 3pm at Second Avenue United Methodist Church. We will meet in the parking lot. This is a great way to learn basic skills and gain knowledge about the correct way to prune your trees and shrubs. After the winter damage, this workshop is one you will want to attend. The program will be presented by John Hendrickson, Master Gardener; Keith Mickler, Floyd County Extension Agent and Terry Paige, Certified Arborist.
