Local high school basketball teams’ quest for a Gold Ball in the 72nd annual Rome Seven Hills Rotary Christmas Tournament will culminate tonight with the championship round.

Boys –
Model 70 Rome 49
Darlington 114 Rockmart 42
WLAQ 1410 AM and 96.9 FM will broadcast tonight’s championship games at Shorter. The Armuchee and Pepperell girls’ battle for a Gold Ball will tip off at 7 pm, while the Model and Darlington boys will meet in an 8:30 pm showdown.
