A Georgia Lottery player won the $2 million top prize playing the Jackpots Galore scratch-off game. The lucky ticket was purchased at Rex C Store, 6448 Highway 42 in Rex. The player claimed their winnings on March 11.
Another player won $30,000 in the March 10 Mega Millions drawing by matching four of the five white-ball numbers and the Mega Ball. The ticket, purchased at Cordele Gas & Go, 1815 E. 16th Avenue in Cordele, had a built-in 3X multiplier, tripling the prize from $10,000 to $30,000. The next Mega Millions drawing will be March 13 for a jackpot of $50 million.
A Moultrie resident won $15,000 playing the Disco Pig Diggi Game on the Georgia Lottery mobile app on March 11.
Finally, a player won $7,500 in the March 10 drawing of the brand-new Millionaire for Life game. The ticket was purchased at Publix, 130 Peachtree East in Peachtree City, and matched four of the five white-ball numbers and the Millionaire ball number. Millionaire for Life is a new nightly game from the Georgia Lottery that gives players the chance to win $1 million or $100,000 a year for life. Tickets can be purchased at retailers statewide.
As with all Georgia Lottery games, proceeds from scratchers, Mega Millions, Diggi Games, and Millionaire for Life benefit education in the state of Georgia.
