This Tuesday, April 7th is the date of the special election runoff for U.S. House of Representatives, District 14.
Congressional candidates include Clay Fuller and Shawn Harris. The winner in that race will go on to succeed Marjorie Taylor Greene, who resigned from Congress earlier this year.
State Senate District 53 is also on ballots in the runoff. That race is between Lanny Thomas and Jack Zibluk.
Precincts across Floyd County will be open from 7 am until 7 pm on Tuesday to those that did not cast their ballots during last week’s early voting period.
Voters may locate their precincts on the Georgia Secretary of State’s My Voter Page at www.mvp.sos.ga.gov.
