Media release from the Georgia Lottery Corporation:
A Georgia Lottery player won $2.5 million playing the Millionaire Jumbo Bucks scratcher at Lolo, 750 Russell Parkway in Warner Robins. The player claimed their winnings on April 17. Last week, Georgia Lottery players claimed $42,227,177 in winnings from scratch-off games.
In addition, a Marietta resident hit the jackpot for $124,771 playing the 100X The Money Quick Win game on the Georgia Lottery website and an Augusta resident won $10,806 playing the Elephant King Jackpots Diggi Game on the mobile app.
Another player won $7,500 in the April 18 drawing of the brand-new Millionaire for Life game. The ticket was purchased BP Food Mart, 720 Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway NW in Atlanta. The ticket matched four of the five white-ball numbers and the Millionaire Ball number. Millionaire for Life is a new nightly game from the Georgia Lottery that gives players the chance to win $1 million or $100,000 a year for life. Tickets can be purchased at retailers statewide.
As with all Georgia Lottery games, proceeds from scratchers, Quick Win, Diggi Games and Millionaire for Life benefit education in the state of Georgia.
