The Rome Emperors defeated the Bowling Green Hot Rods by a final score of 9-4 on Wednesday in the second outing of a six-game set at AdventHealth Stadium. That evened the series at a game each. Highlights for the Emperors included a three-run homer by Dixon Williams during the bottom of the first inning. Rome and Bowling Green will meet again tonight at 6:45 pm.
