Summer Volunteers Sought by Northwest Georgia Hunger Ministries

Northwest Georgia Hunger Ministries currently seeks volunteers for Summer of 2026.

College students have concluded their school year, and a volunteer void has resulted from their departure. Lindsey Kilby, President, says that groups are especially sought now to assist with the Bagwell Food Pantry and Backpack Buddies.

Assistance is also sought for regional food distribution to medically fragile adults, cancer patients, and the elderly, states Kilby, who adds that interested parties may get more information on Northwest Georgia Hunger Ministries’ newly updated website at www.hungerministries.org.
