The Atlanta Braves lost to the Toronto Blue Jays by 7-2 on Thursday night to finish a three-game interleague set at Truist Park. Atlanta still took that series by 2-1.

Chris Sale was charged with the loss for Atlanta after surrendering three runs and 10 hits, walking two, and striking out six over five and two-third innings of work. Chad Dallas picked up the win in his major league debut and Louis Varland got the save for Toronto.
The Braves’ MLB-best record now stands at 42-21 on the ’26 regular season. They will host the Pittsburgh Pirates in a three-game set over the weekend in Atlanta. First pitch of tonight’s series opener is slated for 7:15 pm.
