The Atlanta Braves concluded a six-game homestand with a 3-2 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates on Sunday afternoon in the finale of a three-game series at Truist Park. Atlanta swept that set and went 5-1 during the homestand.
Michael Harris II put the home team ahead with a pinch-hit, three-run double in the bottom of the seventh inning.
Reynaldo Lopez was credited with the win in relief for Atlanta, while Didier Fuentes picked up the save. Bubba Chandler took the loss for Pittsburgh.
Spencer Horwitz led off the outing with a home run for the Pirates off Bryce Elder.
The Braves improved their MLB-best record to 45-21 for the 2026 regular season. They are off today and will open up a six-game road trip on Tuesday night with the first of three games in Chicago, IL versus the White Sox. First pitch is scheduled for 7:40 pm Eastern.
