ESP Rome is excited to host Summer Camp at Georgia Highlands College in 2026. The first session of camp took place last week. This marks week two. A third session will be held from July 13th through 17th, followed by a fourth from July 20th through 24th.
Extra special celebrations are happening at camp this year as ESP (or Extra Special People) marks 40 years of service overall and five years of service in Rome, according to Sarah Bradfield, Executive Director.
Camp is just one of the transformative experiences offered by ESP Rome to people with disabilities and their families. The public is invited to pay a visit to camp on Friend Fridays from 8:45 am to 10 am, enthuses Amie Sabourin, Development Coordinator.
Volunteers are always sought to assist with Summer Camp, states Bradfield. For more information, visit www.espyouandme.org.
