The Family Resource Center will benefit from the 41st annual Tillman Clocktower 5K Road Race & 2-Mile Health Walk set for Saturday, August 15th at 8 am. Both will depart from Heritage Park.
Gail Johnson, race promoter, says that runners and walkers can save money and be guaranteed a t-shirt if they register in advance.
Online registration is available at www.runsignup.com . The cost is $30 for the 5K and $25 for the 2-Mile through July 17th and $35 for the 5K and $30 for the 2-Mile from July 18th through August 5th. The cost increases to $40 for both events from August 6th through 11th and on race day.
Tina Bartleson, FRC Executive Director, says that proceeds will support the FRC’s mission of child abuse prevention.
The 2026 Tillman Clocktower 5K Road Race & 2-Mile Health Walk will be a qualifier for the 2027 Peachtree Road Race. For more information about it or the Family Resource Center, visit www.frcrome.org.
