The Atlanta Braves finished a six-game homestand on Sunday afternoon with a 5-3 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks in the last meeting of a three-game set at Truist Park. It allowed the Braves to avoid being swept in the weekend series. They went 3-3 during the homestand.
Highlights included a tie-breaking, three-run homer by Matt Olson during the bottom of the seventh.
Didier Fuentes was credited with the win in relief and Raisel Iglesias picked up the save for Atlanta. Taylor Clarke took the loss for Arizona.
The National League East-leading Braves are now 74-50 on the 2026 regular season. They will open up a seven-game road trip this evening with the first of three outings against the Minnesota Twins.
