James H. “Sloppy” Floyd State Park in Summerville invites all Northwest Georgians to attend Outdoor Adventure Day on Saturday, September 26th. Event hours are 10 am to 4 pm.
Katy Gramling, Park Manager, says that the event is supported by the Friends of Sloppy Floyd State Park. There will be a climbing wall, a dunk tank, kids fishing rodeo, animal presentations, and more.
The Friends will also present Halloween hayrides at the park over the last two weekends of October.
