The Atlanta Braves beat the Colorado Rockies by 3-2 on Sunday afternoon in the finale of a three-game set at Truist Park. Atlanta swept that series and has won seven straight games.
The Braves scored two in the bottom of the third inning on a home run from Sean Murphy and an RBI single by Ronald Acuna Jr. The Rockies got on the board with a home run by Jake McCarthy during top of the sixth and tied the game on an RBI single by Connor Norby in the eighth. Matt Olson lifted the Braves to victory with a walk-off single in the bottom of the 10th.
Victor Mederos was credited with the win in relief for Atlanta. Ryan Feltner took the loss for Colorado.
The National League East-leading Braves are now 82-55 on the 2026 regular season. They will host the San Francisco Giants this evening in a game that was postponed due to rain back in June.
