The Atlanta Braves finished a seven-game homestand on Monday evening with a loss to the San Francisco Giants by a final score of 7-3 at Truist Park in an outing that was intended to make up a rain-out earlier in the season. It brought Atlanta’s latest winning streak to an end at seven in a row.
Michael Harris II hit a home run to begin the bottom of the second inning for the Braves.
Rafael Devers, Osleivis Basabe, and Jonah Cox all hit homers for the visiting Giants.
Bryce Elder was charged with the loss for Atlanta after surrendering five runs and eight hits, walking three, and striking out three through five and one-third innings. Anthony Molina was credited with the win for San Francisco.
The National League East-leading Braves are now 82-56 on the 2026 regular season. They will open a six-game road trip this evening with the first of two division games in Washington DC against the Nationals. The first pitch is set for 6:45 pm.
