The Atlanta Braves beat the Los Angeles Dodgers by 3-2 on Sunday night in Game Two of their National League Division Series out in Los Angeles, CA. That evened the best-of-five set at a game each.
The Braves struck first with an RBI single from Mauricio Dubon in the top of the first inning. Freddie Freeman began the bottom of the fourth with a home run for the Dodgers off Grant Holmes to tie the game at 1-1. Michael Harris II tripled, then scored on a wild pitch to give the Braves a 2-1 lead during the fifth. He added another run with an RBI double in the seventh. Max Muncy added a solo home run off of Didier Fuentes in the ninth for the Dodgers.
Ray Kerr, Atlanta’s starting pitcher for the evening, surrendered just two hits, walked one, and struck out four through two and two-third scoreless innings. Dylan Lee was credited with the win in relief, while Raisel Iglesias picked up the save. Kris Bubic took the loss for LA.
