The Atlanta Braves’ run in the 2026 MLB Postseason ended on Wednesday night with a loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers by 4-1 in Game Four of their National League Division Series at Truist Park. That allowed LA to take the set by 3-1.
The Braves scored the first run of the evening as Michael Harris II reached home plate on a wild pitch in the bottom of the first inning. The Dodgers tied it at 1-1 when Shohei Ohtani scored on an error during the top of the second. They took the lead with a two-run single from Andy Pages in the seventh and added insurance with a solo home run by Max Muncy in the ninth.
Tyler Mahle was charged with the loss for Atlanta after surrendering two runs (just one of them earned) and three hits, walking one, and striking out four in six and one-third innings. Edgardo Hernandez picked up the win and Edwin Diaz got the save for LA.
The Braves will open the 2027 regular season on March 25th in Los Angeles, CA versus the Dodgers. Spring Training will begin mid-February.
