The Rome Emperors beat the Greenville Drive by 8-2 on Tuesday evening in game one of a six-game set at AdventHealth Stadium. Highlights included a grand slam from John Gil during Rome’s six-run seventh inning. Game two is slated for this afternoon at 12 pm.
