The Atlanta Braves’ series finale up in Chicago, IL versus the White Sox was rained out Thursday night. It will be made up on August 20th.
The White Sox took the first two games in the three-game interleague series between the teams.
The Braves will continue their current road trip with a three-game National League East set in New York versus the Mets this weekend. Spencer Strider will be the starting pitcher for Atlanta in tonight’s series opener, while Nolan McLean will head to the mound for New York. The first pitch is scheduled for 7:15 pm.
