The Rome Emperors fell to the Hudson Valley Renegades by 7-6 on Sunday afternoon in the finale of a series that was shortened from six to five games due to rain late last week. Hudson Valley took the set by 3-2.
Highlights for the home team included a three-run homer by John Gil during Rome’s five-run third inning.
