Rome Emperors Conclude Long Homestand with Loss to Greensboro Grasshoppers

The Rome Emperors wrapped up a two-week homestand on Sunday with a loss to the Greensboro Grasshoppers by 11-10 in the finale of a six-game set at AdventHealth Stadium. Rome dropped that series by 1-5.

The Emperors are off today and will begin a two-week road trip on Tuesday evening with the first of six games in Lakewood, NJ versus the Jersey Shore BlueClaws. Their next home game is slated for July 17^th, after the MLB All-Star break.
