The Atlanta Braves beat the Pittsburgh Pirates by 3-0 on Wednesday evening in the middle meeting of a three-game set in Pittsburgh, PA. That evened the series at a game each.
Joey Bart (a former Pirate) led the charge with a two-run homer in the top of the eighth inning. The Braves scored their third and final run of the night on an RBI single from Drake Baldwin in the ninth.
Dylan Dodd secured the win in relief for Atlanta, while Raisel Iglesias got the save. Dennis Santana took the loss for Pittsburgh.
The National League East-leading Braves are now 53-38 on the 2026 regular season, and the Pirates remain in fourth place of the NL Central at 47-46.
