AdventHealth invites the community to celebrate the opening of its new Cancer Pavilion in Rome with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking an important milestone in expanding access to comprehensive, whole-person cancer care across Northwest Georgia.
The event will take place on Wednesday, July 15 at 4 p.m. at the AdventHealth Cancer Pavilion located at 641 Braves Blvd., Rome, Georgia. Community members, local leaders and health care partners are invited to attend as AdventHealth officially opens the new facility and celebrates a new chapter in cancer care for the region.
The Cancer Pavilion brings a wide range of cancer services together under one roof, making it easier for patients to receive coordinated, high-quality care close to home. The new facility includes:
- A Breast Center featuring advanced mammography, bone density scanning and diagnostic imaging technology
- Experienced hematology and oncology specialists
- A spacious, light-filled infusion center for cancer treatments
- An on-site laboratory and pharmacy for a more convenient patient experience
The community is encouraged to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony, tour the new facility and learn more about the comprehensive cancer services now available in Rome.
