The Atlanta Braves concluded a six-game road trip on Sunday with a 4-3 win over the St. Louis Cardinals in the last outing of a three-game set in St. Louis, MO. Atlanta lost the weekend series by 2-1 and went an even 3-3 during the road trip.
Ozzie Albies scored what turned out to be the game winning run as Mauricio Dubon reached on a throwing error during the top of the ninth inning.
Tyler Kinley was credited with the win for Atlanta, while Raisel Iglesias got the save. JoJo Romero took the loss for St. Louis.
The Braves now enter the MLB All-Star break atop the National League East with a record of 55-40 for the 2026 regular season. They will open a seven-game homestand this Friday night with the first meeting of a three-game set versus the Texas Rangers. The first pitch is slated for 7:15 pm at Truist Park in Atlanta.
