Announcement from the Rome-Floyd County Friends of the Library:
The Rome-Floyd County Friends of the Library will sponsor their Hardback Book Sale beginning on Saturday, September 12, through Saturday, September 19. The sale will be held at the Rome-Floyd Library. September 12 is a PREVIEW SALE and is Free Only for Current Members of the Friends of the Library. If you are NOT a member of the FOL, tickets to the Preview Sale may be purchased at the door for $5.00 per person (children accompanied by a parent are free). You may also purchase a yearly FOL membership starting at $10.00.
Sale hours are Saturday, 10am-4pm; Sunday, 1pm-4pm; Monday-Thursday, 10am-6pm and Friday-Saturday, 10am-4pm. Sale Days are
Wednesday and Thursday ($1-A-Bag-Day) and Friday and Saturday (Make-A-Donation-Day). After the sale, Monday, 9/21, is Non-Profit Day with free books from 9am-11am.
