The Coosa Valley Tennis Association (CVTA) invites tennis players and community members to come together for an evening of competition, fellowship and philanthropy at the 4th Annual Tiebreaker Tournament: Rally for a Cure, taking place Friday, Oct. 2, at 6 p.m. at the Rome Tennis Center at Berry College.
This annual event raises funds for the AdventHealth Redmond Breast Cancer Mammography Fund, helping provide essential mammography screenings for individuals in need throughout the community.
For just $30 per player, participants can enjoy an exciting evening of tennis while supporting a cause that impacts countless families across Northwest Georgia.
“This tournament is about much more than tennis,” said Sarah Cargle, Director of the event. “It is an opportunity for our community to rally together in support of those affected by breast cancer and help ensure access to lifesaving screenings. Every participant plays a role in making a difference.”
Breast cancer remains one of the most commonly diagnosed cancers among women, and early detection through regular mammography screenings can significantly improve outcomes. Proceeds from Rally for a Cure will directly support local individuals who may otherwise face barriers to receiving these important screenings.
The event welcomes players of all skill levels and provides an opportunity to enjoy friendly competition while supporting a meaningful cause.
