GOVERNOR KEMP ANNOUNCES EXPANDED VACCINE ELIGIBILITY EFFECTIVE MARCH 15TH

Governor Brian Kemp announced on Wednesday the expanded eligibilty for COVID-19 vaccinations. Effective on March 15th, the criteria will expand to include people aged 55 and older and individuals with disabilities and certain medical conditions. GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF LABOR: STATE STARTED 2021 ON A HIGH NOTE

The Georgia Department of Labor has reported that the state’s unemployment rate was 5.1 percent in January, down by 0.2 percent from December of 2020 and by 7.4 percent since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
